Website software (html editors)

• If you want to set up your own software you have various options:
• You can pay someone else to do it for you (prices range from reasonable to very expensive indeed)
• You can build your site with a free site builder (just do a search for "site builder" at Google). You may get a workable website this way, but don't expect bells and whistles!
• You can set up a free blog and use it as a website as well as a blog. I like, and use, www.blogger.com. There are various templates you can choose and although it might be a little tricky if you have absolutely no experience, you will get there in the end! It does help to have some knowledge of html if you want to customise the look of your blog.
• You can buy some website software and do it yourself.
• You can learn html and do it the hard way!
